Fumiya Tanaka has been regarded as one of the legendary DJ/artists in Techno/House over 25years. He has been doing numerous projects such as his private label "Sundance” "TOREMA Records"and his recent works from "Perlon",his famous party “CHAOS” (in Tokyo and Osaka) through his long running career, he has been successfully expressing the possibilities of music. His unique style is focused on “minimal” house and techno, but through his play, he pulls out the beauty, the depth and the thickness of music and turns “minimal” into “maximum”. This is one of the reasons why he is still at the top.

自らのセルフレーベルであるSundance、TOREMA RECORDS、そしてドイツのレーベルPerlon、東京・大阪で25年以上に渡りオーガナイズしているレギュラーパーティCHAOSを活動の基盤とし、独創的な音楽表現の拡張を実践し続けるテクノDJ/アーティスト。とりわけミニマルな指向を持ったテクノを媒体としながら、サウンドそのものから導かれる自発的な空気と濃密なグルーヴの厚みを生み出すそのプレイスタイルはキャリア25年以上を経た現在もなお傑出した存在感を示す。
　半野喜弘とのDARTRIIX、Thomas MelchiorとのTOFU Productions でのユニットでも活動。
